Welcome to Bendall & Sons' website

We are a small long established firm with a sound reputation for friendly and efficient service. We offer a broad range of legal services to clients both local and international, with particular expertise in domestic and commercial conveyancing, family law, and wills and probate.

Based in West Suffolk, we have offices in the historic market towns of Newmarket and Mildenhall. Private parking is available at our Mildenhall office and public parking is within very easy walking distance in Newmarket. Both offices have ground floor interview rooms for the less mobile client and home or hospital visits can be arranged where necessary. The service we offer is a personal one with mature, approachable, fully qualified staff who are happy to deal with matters in the way which is most convenient to you: in person, over the telephone, by letter or email.

Please see our list of services. Some of our services can be dealt with on a fixed fee basis, such as simple wills, uncontested divorces, debt collection letters and conveyancing; we also offer a low cost fixed fee first half hour consultation. The list of services is not exhaustive so if the matter which interests you is not included please contact us anyway as we have a wide experience of the law. Alternatively please telephone us to make an appointment to discuss your requirements or to obtain a quotation or, if you prefer, complete our online Enquiry Form and a member of staff will get back to you.

We look forward to assisting you.
